Corn & Vegetable Bombs

For these u'll need 1&1/2 cup frozen corn, wash it so it comes down to room temperature, once all the water is drained out, coarsely grind them in a chopper without water, DON'T mash it up completely into a paste
Take half carrot, half capsicum, 3-4 beans, 1 small onion & 1-2 green chilies, chop all these very finely
In a deep bowl add corn, vegetables, salt, black pepper powder & red chilly powder all to taste
Now add 1/2 a pinch of baking soda, 1/2 spn. roasted cumin(jeera) powder & 5-7 spns. of rice flour to this mixture
Mix all these well by adding very little water gradually so that it makes a thick paste, more likely of a dough type consistency
Now grease ur palms lightly & start making balls of this mixture
When all of it is done, deep fry these balls on medium flame till they turn golden brown & crispy
Enjoy them on a rainy evening with mint chutney or chilly garlic sauce !!
