Baked Potato Buns

U'll need 4-5 Potatoes - boil & mash them
Now take 1 medium sized carrot, few french beans, half red & half yellow bell peppers, all very finely chopped
In a pan, take 2 spns. olive oil & saute all these chopped vegetables for 4-5 mins. on medium heat, add a bit of salt & white pepper powder to this
Now in a non-stick pan, keep the flame low, take 2 spns. butter & as soon as it starts melting add salt, white pepper powder & black pepper powder to taste, add the mashed potatoes to this & mix well on low heat only so that they don't change color, keep adding more butter while cooking for about 5 mins.
The more butter u put the more soft & creamy your dish will be.....
Now add half cup grated processed cheese to the potatoes, just mix well & remove from heat
To these add some oregano, chilly flakes, fresh parsley & all the vegetables previously sauteed
Ur filling is ready now
Now take burger buns, hollow them from the center, scoop out the bread in such a way so that they look like bread 'katoris'
Brush these very lightly with melted butter both from outside & inside & fill in the buns nicely with the prepared potato & vegetable filling
Bake them in a hot oven for about 2-3 mins.
Serve immediately !!!
