Prawn Fried Rice

Take about 150 gms. rice & boil them, till almost cooked & strain (add a bit of salt & a spoonful of oil to water so rice doesn't  get sticky)
Slice 2 onions & cut capsicum & bell peppers into 1" long thin strips
Take 2-3 spns. oil, saute the onions till golden then add capsicum & bell peppers & saute for another 2-3 mins.
Add salt to taste, black pepper, spoonful of vinegar, some soya sauce, 2-3 spns. tomato ketchup, 1 spn. schezwan sauce, mix all these together
Now add a pack of medium sized frozen prawns to this & cook with lid covered for about 3 mins so that the prawns get cooked in their own water
When the water almost dries up add the boiled rice & mix well everything together on high flame for abt. 2 mins.
Serve hot !!!
