Line the base of the tin with a thin layer (just abt 1/2cm.) of sponge cake
Take 1 box of cream cheese, 50gms of fresh paneer, 2tbsp. of milk powder,
sugar to taste & kiwi crush (syrup)
Blend all these nicely in a blender so that it forms a smooth but creamy paste
Now put this on top of the cake layer so that its atleast about 1 inch in height
Let it set in the fridge for about an hour
Meanwhile take kiwi jelly or any green jelly pack u can manage to get,
make it according to the instructions on the pack but just use half the quantity of water as compared to what is mentioned on it.
While the jelly liquid is still luke-warm pour it on the cheese cake mix alreadyset in the tin, so that it forms about 1cm. layer
Now keep it refrigerated for atleast 2 hours or until served.
For decorating, slice a fresh kiwi & decorate the top.

Looks tempting. Want to eat this right out of the picture.
ReplyDeleteAlso Plz share the Hot chocolate brownie fudge u prepared while i visited you. I gave up my "Avoiding Sweet" extravaganza by the look of it, and frankly had no regrets after i ate it. Never been to heaven, but i am sure it would feel the same as i did after eating it. :)
Oh that's such a wonderful compliment..... thanks a lot ! Will surely upload it soon....
