Cut onion capsicum tomato n cucumber into round slices, saute the onions
& capsicum in a tbsp of olive oil for just about 2 mins.
If u want to make Chicken subs, saute chicken salamis also in olive oil for about 2 mins
For the Veg. version u can saute slices of paneer or boiled potatoes n use instead
Now apply tomato ketchup on 1 part of the bread you are using & cheese spread on the other side
Place cucumber slices on the base portion top it up with capsicum & onion rings one by one,
sprinkle salt n black pepper to taste.
Place chicken or paneer or potato slices & top it up with tomato slices
